In addition to providing hands-on technical support, this individual will act as a trusted IT business partner for the local office—bridging business needs with respective global IT teams and ensuring a high level of service delivery. Okta /liliDeploy laptops and desktops in a domain environment /liliInventory and Asset Tag /liliGeneral network connectivity, file access /liliActive Directory account creation and password resets /liliAV System Support (Zoom) /liliProvides day-to-day desktop support to executive team and assistants /liliAccountable for the development of and technical support of workstations, printers, etc. /liliComputer and network system maintenance and support /liliTimely respond to and close all tickets assigned, determining the most effective way to solve those. /liliEnsure that tickets are correctly solved before they are set to resolved state /liliEnsure that the process and procedures are followed /liliProvide feedback to clients where necessary /liliUpdate databases to maintain their accuracy /liliExecute the change tasks assigned within the scheduled time frame as planned /liliProvide effective specialist contribution to the analysis and resolution of problems and known errors /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBased in Madrid, Spain /liliProficient English and Spanish. /lili3+ years of IT desktop support experience /liliStrong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking, AD /liliSimilar IT experience in leading regional IT support function working as the point of contact /liliExcellent troubleshooting and communication skills /liliExperience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript or similar)
