Rigging, sailing, practical maintenance of masts and booms will be your primary roles. To get your goals, you will work together with an experienced team of Project Managers, other Riggers, Designers, Contractors and Mast Technicians.brMain Responsibilities:brTo keep up to date with all project communication with the ability to provide knowledgeable input when necessary.brTo identify customer needs and propose to fulfil them with the appropriate company services or products.brTo contribute to the development of technical and practical solutions.brTo be able to communicate effectively with all parties involved within the project.brTo understand project budgets and contribute to the development of project timeline,



estimates and proposal.brTo liaise on multiple international projects and stakeholders.brTechnical skills:brAround 5 years’ experience in a similar role.brProfessional sailing experience or working as shore crew.brExperience with carbon fibre products, mechanical works and understanding of hydraulics/electrical systems will be an advantage.brUniversity Degree or related.
