In this role you will lead and oversee project controls for complex oil u0026amp; gas projects, driving planning, scheduling, cost control and earned value management to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost targets. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and discipline leads to integrate controls across multiple interfaces and contractors. You will implement governance, reporting and improvement initiatives to ensure robust project performance and alignment with the company’s delivery standards. This is an opportunity to shape large-scale EPC programs and contribute to Worley’s sustainable energy transition through effective project controls leadership.

• Lead baseline schedule monitoring, performance reporting and change control
• Advise on planning techniques, EV and EVM concepts, cost/schedule variance
• Support governance, format optimization and best practices in project controls
• Develop integrated project schedules reflecting interfaces and contractor inputs




• Monitor contractual compliance and ensure control activities meet company requirements
• Coordinate reviews, generate weekly/monthly progress reports, explain variances
• Manage progress certification and invoicing under contracts
• Improve project control procedures and tools with PM teams
• Support identification and mitigation of slippage and risk
• Ensure delivery of milestones and completion certificates

Responsabilidades
• 20+ years of project experience in oil u0026 gas
• Experience with mega EPC projects (≥1B USD, or u003e5B USD project)
• Offshore project xqbhyrx experience and ADNOC PMC exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; with extensive contract experience in oil u0026 gas/petrochemical
• Experience in scheduling, cost control, earned value management and change control
• Knowledge of interface management across multiple contractors
• Ability to lead, guide and coordinate project controls teams
• Proven familiarity with contractual and commercial aspects of projects
• Ability to generate and present progress and variance reports
