The team combines deep expertise in hybrid cloud, industry best practices, and modern IT architectures to accelerate digital transformation and meet partners’ business and technical objectives. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pA certified and experienced engineer with specialist knowledge in Red‘Hub virtualization and open’source technologies. This role supports partners and internal teams across Europe, with a strong focus on technical presales, partner enablement, and driving solution adoption. The consultant acts as a trusted adviser, contributing to solution design, technical qualification, demonstrations, enablement, and strategic engagements that support partner readiness and business growth. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liSupport the design of Red‘Hub virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions that meet customer and partner requirements. /li liProvide technical presales support for complex offerings, including solution design, RFX responses, proposals, and PoCs. /li liParticipate in architecture discussions and influence technical decision-making with partners and customers. /li liDeliver technical enablement sessions (virtual or onsite) for priority partners across Europe. /li liDrive adoption of Red‘Hub technologies inside TD SYNNEX and across the partner ecosystem. /li liDeliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to technical stakeholders.



/li liRepresent Red‘Hub solutions at events sponsored or organized by Red‘Hub and/or TD SYNNEX. /li liSupport distributor-led opportunities from technical qualification through conversion. /li liCollaborate with sales teams to develop and promote standardized hybrid cloud and virtualization solutions. /li liMaintain strong technical relationships with Red‘Hub engineering and presales teams. /li liContinuously update knowledge of the Red‘Hub portfolio, industry trends, and emerging technologies. /li liWork toward vendor-required certifications and ensure alignment with Red‘Hub best practices. /li liServe as the internal subject‑matter expert for the Red‘Hub virtualization portfolio. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. /li liProven background in presales engineering, technical consultancy, or solution architecture. /li li5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technical presales. /li liStrong understanding of Red‘Hub solutions, open’source technologies, virtualization, and multi-tier architectures. /li liFluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. /li liRed‘Hub certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA) are a strong advantage. /li liExperience working with open’source stacks or contributing to community projects is a plus. /li liDemonstrated experience in cloud migration, hybrid infrastructures, or on-prem virtualization.
