ph3About The Role /h3 pRojo Integrations is looking for an Integration Specialist to join our global delivery team. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our customers and the integration landscapes they depend on, building new integrations, keeping production integrations running reliably, and supporting the complete change request lifecycle. You will work within a rotational support model, including participation in an alternate weekend support schedule, and take hands‑on ownership of both day‑to‑day support and the full change request lifecycle. /p h3What Is Rojo All About? /h3 pRojo Integrations helps enterprises transform integration into a strategic advantage. As an Integration Specialist, you will be at the sharp end of that ambition, delivering the technical excellence and customer trust that makes it a reality. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Solution Delivery Development /h3 ul liDevelop new interfaces or enhancements using SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, BTP, or equivalent platforms as required. /li liAssess, scope, and implement customer change requests against existing integration interfaces.



/li liFollow a structured change management process including impact analysis, testing, sign‑off, and controlled deployment. /li liLiaise with customers to confirm requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress on change delivery. /li liProven experience with full lifecycle integration implementation or rollout projects. /li liProactively identify risks, improvements, and opportunities. /li /ul h3Operational Support Incident Management /h3 ul liServe as first and second‑line support for production SAP integration environments, including participation in an alternate weekend support rotation. /li liMonitor integration flows continuously, identifying and resolving incidents proactively before they affect customers. /li liTriage and diagnose failures across SAP PI/PO, Integration Suite, and connected systems while isolating root causes quickly and accurately. /li liOwn tickets end‑to‑end, including initial response, investigation, resolution, customer communication, and post‑incident documentation. /li liPerform root cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes to prevent repeat incidents. /li liMaintain clear, structured handover notes and support logs to ensure seamless continuity across global time zones. /li /ul h3Required /h3 ul li2+ years of hands‑on integration or middleware experience, ideally in SAP environments. /li liProficiency with SAP integration tools (e.g. SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, BTP) or equivalent platforms like SnapLogic, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, etc. /li liSolid understanding of API design (REST/SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML,



IDoc), and integration concepts including message mapping and data transformations. /li liExperience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Kibana, etc.) and incident management workflows (Jira, ServiceNow, GitLab). /li liFamiliarity with change management processes and controlled deployment practices. /li liStrong written and spoken English for customer communication and technical documentation. /li liAbility and willingness to participate in an alternate weekend support rotation. /li liCustomer‑first mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liExperience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Git). /li liAdaptable and quick to learn new tools and technologies. /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul liFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP BTP. /li liKnowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Groovy, Ruby). /li liITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management experience. /li liExperience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or other SAP modules in an integration context. /li liAdditional language skills are an advantage given our global customer base. /li liAwareness of AI tools and their practical application in integration workflows. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and performance bonus. /li liSAP certification support and internal training programme. /li liWork with enterprise customers across multiple industries and regions. /li liCollaborative, technically driven team with a flat structure. /li /ul pJoin a collaborative, international environment where you'll work on meaningful projects, grow your expertise, and make a visible impact. /p pWe welcome people of all backgrounds and identities, and we're committed to creating a place where everyone can thrive. /p pOnly applicants with an EU citizenship or a valid residency/work permit will be considered for this role. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
