You'll work closely with our Global Marketing team, local Managing Directors and Business Development teams to generate qualified leads, strengthen our market presence and support commercial growth. /ppThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, combining creativity with analytical thinking, and making a measurable contribution to business performance. /ph3Your mission /h3pAs Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising marketing initiatives that support the commercial objectives of the UK and Portugal teams. /ph3Your tasks 1st part /h3ulliExecute the marketing strategy for the UK and Portugal, aligning local initiatives with PNO Innovation's global marketing roadmap. /liliPlan, launch and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO and lead nurturing through HubSpot. /liliCreate engaging content such as articles, customer stories, landing pages, newsletters, email campaigns and social media posts that strengthen PNO Innovation's brand and generate qualified leads. /liliManage PNO Innovation's digital presence, including LinkedIn, website content, webinars, events and strategic partnerships with relevant ecosystem organisations. /li /ulh3Your tasks 2nd part /h3ulliMonitor campaign performance, analyse marketing KPIs and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through data-driven decisions. /liliSupport Business Development teams with marketing initiatives that generate pipeline opportunities, strengthen client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities. /liliContribute to the communication and dissemination activities of Horizon Europe and other European-funded projects by creating content,



promoting events and engaging relevant stakeholders. /liliCollaborate closely with consultants, Managing Directors, project teams and the Global Marketing team to deliver impactful marketing activities across both markets. /li /ulh3Your profile 1st part /h3ulli3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting, professional services, innovation or technology. /liliProven track record of delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns with measurable commercial impact, including demand generation and lead generation. /liliExperience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform, as well as a good understanding of SEO, paid advertising and digital marketing channels. /liliStrong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging marketing communications. /li /ulh3Your Profile 2nd part /h3ulliExcellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. /liliA proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for testing new ideas and continuously improving marketing performance. /liliFluency in English and Portuguese.
