As Software Engineering Manager at Spendesk, you lead a software engineering team within a cross-functional Product, Design, and Engineering organization. You drive delivery against clear KPIs and SLOs while shaping technical direction, architecture, and best practices. You foster growth and recognition of engineers through coaching, career development, and performance management, and partner with Product Managers and Designers to align on priorities. This role offers impact by enabling scalable, high-quality software that supports Spendesk’s mission of empowered spending across multi-entity structures.
