This role combines strong corporate finance expertise, strategic thinking and advanced analytics capabilities to deliver high-quality insights across portfolio strategy, capital allocation, MA and performance management. /ppTo design, develop and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Query, VBA, etc. to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency and minimize manual intervention while ensuring accuracy and compliance. /ph3Your Responsibilities Will Include /h3h3Corporate Strategy Portfolio Decision Support /h3ulliSupport corporate and portfolio strategy initiatives across generics, biosimilars, and mature brands. /liliAnalyze strategic scenarios related to portfolio optimization, market entry/exit, footprint decisions, and value-creation initiatives. /liliTranslate complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks and financial assessments. /li /ulh3MA, Partnerships Capital Allocation /h3ulliSupport MA, divestment, and partnership evaluations including valuation, scenario analysis, and business cases. /liliAssess capital allocation trade-offs and returns across strategic initiatives. /liliCollaborate with Business Development, Finance, Tax, and Legal stakeholders. /li /ulh3Corporate Finance Financial Analysis /h3ulliBuild advanced financial models (DCF, scenario analysis, cash flow, working capital). /liliAnalyze PL, balance sheet, and cash flow drivers.



/liliLink financial performance to operational and strategic levers. /liliDevelop Financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. /li /ulh3Data Analytics Advanced Excel /h3ulliAct as an advanced Excel and finance analytics expert. /liliBuild scalable, transparent, and decision-ready analytical models. /liliDevelop standardized templates and analytical tools across Finance and Strategy. /liliAutomate recurring reporting task ending using Power query, Copilot, macros to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts. /liliDesign and implement RPA workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes, integrate systems and reduce manual intervention /liliDevelop automated flows for data extraction, approval workflows and report generation across Excel, SharePoint and outlook. /li /ulh3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3ulliPartner with Finance, Corporate Strategy, FPA, Data Tools, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams. /liliCommunicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business requirement into analytical output. /li /ulh3What You'll Bring To The Role /h3ulliBachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field. /lili5–8+ years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, MA, or analytics roles. /liliStrong corporate finance, valuation, and Excel modeling expertise. /liliExperience in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred. /liliTechnical expertise in VBA, Power Query, CoPilot, RPA, or other tools that support process automation. /li /ulh3What You'll Receive /h3pSandoz compensation is determined by job level,
