In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them launch and optimize high-performing Google Ads / PPC campaigns while driving revenue growth through consultative sales. You will manage a high volume of client interactions, combining sales, onboarding, and account optimization in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liClient Onboarding Advisory: Onboard new clients and understand their business goals /li liDesign and support performance-driven PPC strategies /li liEnsure strong campaign setup for immediate and long-term impact /li liSales Revenue Growth: Conduct outbound calls to engage and convert German businesses /li liUpsell and expand existing client campaigns /li liIdentify growth opportunities within assigned accounts /li liAccount Management: Manage a large portfolio of clients and prospects /li liMaintain accurate CRM records and track all client interactions /li liEnsure consistent follow-up and relationship development /li liPerformance KPIs: Meet and exceed individual sales and performance targets /li liWork in a structured KPI-driven environment /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liNative-level German (C2) and strong English communication skills /li liBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (Marketing/Communications preferred) /li li2+ years of experience in sales, digital marketing,
