And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model. /ph3Job Description Key Responsibilities /h3ulliServe as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing advice and support on HR processes, policies, and employee-related queries. /liliSupport and implement programs that align organizational structure, people capabilities, systems, and culture with business strategy. /liliDevelop and maintain effective programs for employee retention, promotion, engagement, talent management, organization design, performance management, compensation, and benefits. /liliCoach and guide line managers on using the HR self‑service model, including Workday case creation and accessing resources on the central employee hub. /liliEnsure compliance with legal requirements in day‑to‑day employee management, partnering with the legal department when necessary to mitigate risks. /liliSupport and enhance the delivery of onboarding, training, and compliance initiatives for new starters and existing employees. /liliProvide support and training for annual HR processes, including performance reviews, annual salary reviews, talent reviews, and employee engagement surveys (e.g., Pulse Surveys). /li /ulpWe are looking for an HR Generalist to coordinate and support the core operational HR processes across Iberia while providing analytical and project support to the function. The role combines the execution of established processes with data analysis and participation in improvement, digitalisation and transformation projects, working closely with the HR teams and the business to ensure sound management of workforce information, reporting and functional initiatives. It also brings a fresh, digital‑first voice to HR — turning key initiatives into engaging, modern internal communication built on video, visual and interactive formats. /ppScope Number of Countries: 2 (Spain Portugal) · Location: Madrid /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3h3Day‑to‑day HR processes /h3ulliRun recurring HR processes end‑to‑end, anticipating deadlines rather than reacting to them. /liliCoordinate onboarding and off‑boarding with AskHR, Talent Acquisition and managers, keeping systems up to date. /liliSupport the coordination, tracking and issue resolution of HR invoices and providers. /liliSupport audits, certifications and compliance by preparing evidence and coordinating information across areas. /li /ulh3International mobility /h3ulliProvide administrative support to expatriation and impatrition processes: documentation management,
coordination with specialist providers and assignment tracking. /liliKeep records of active assignments up to date and support the preparation of related documentation. /li /ulh3HR reporting, analysis and planning support /h3ulliExtract HR reports from Workday and other corporate tools, on a regular and ad‑hoc basis. /liliAnalyze headcount, turnover, absenteeism and other indicators, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. /liliBuild and maintain dashboards and tracking tools that support reporting, planning and operational control. /liliPrepare executive presentations and materials that underpin HR and organisational decisions, including workforce and future‑needs planning. /li /ulh3Elevating the employee experience — communicating and connecting with our audience /h3ulliCraft engaging internal communications that reflect how people communicate today — video, visual and interactive rather than long emails. /liliCreate and curate content for internal channels (intranet, Viva Engage / Teams, newsletters, digital signage), keeping messages clear, human and on‑brand. /liliTurn key HR initiatives — culture, engagement, wellbeing, change — into compelling campaigns and employee stories, testing new formats and measuring what resonates with our audience. /li /ulh3Workforce administration and tracking /h3ulliMaintain accurate records of temporary contracts, leaves of absence and other employee‑lifecycle milestones. /liliTrack key dates and deadlines, coordinating with managers and AskHR to ensure compliance. /li /ulh3Cross‑functional coordination and projects /h3ulliCoordinate and track HR transformation, digitalisation and process‑simplification projects. /liliParticipate in the rollout of the function's cross‑functional initiatives, tracking milestones and contributing to their implementation. /liliContribute to identifying and sharing best practices across teams and countries. /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3h3Education /h3pBachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, data analysis or similar (or equivalent experience). Valued: HR certification, training in Spanish labour law or in People Analytics. /ph3Experience /h3p2–4 years in HR teams. Hands‑on exposure across the core HR processes — recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation benefits, people analytics, learning development and employee‑lifecycle administration — with the versatility to move between them. Desirable: knowledge of labour relations and Spanish labour compliance, applied to day‑to‑day HR operations. /ph3Tools and data /h3ulliAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards). /liliWorkday (case management, reporting and employee records) and proficiency with the recruitment ATS. /liliAnalytical ability to read HR data and translate it into useful conclusions. /liliWorking knowledge of AI applied to HR (e.g. generative‑AI tools for drafting, analysis and process support)
and a sense of how to use it responsibly in day‑to‑day HR work. /liliDigitally savvy with content, video and design tools (e.g. Canva, Vyond, PowerPoint, Viva Engage) for modern internal communication. /li /ulh3Ways of working /h3pProactive and organised: you anticipate risks and deadlines and manage several projects in parallel without constant supervision. Clear written and verbal communication. Discretion, integrity and judgement with confidential information.
