Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage all static equipment engineering activities during FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering phases of the project. /li liProvide technical leadership for the design, specification, and procurement of static equipment, including pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, tanks, separators, filters, reactors, and package equipment. /li liDevelop and review equipment datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and vendor documentation. /li liEnsure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and applicable international codes and standards such as ASME, API, TEMA, and ASTM. /li liCoordinate with Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Procurement disciplines to ensure effective integration of static equipment requirements. /li liReview and approve vendor drawings, calculations, manufacturing procedures, and inspection requirements. /li liSupport constructability reviews, value engineering studies, and cost optimization initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. /li liParticipate in design reviews, HAZOP, constructability workshops, and technical meetings with clients, vendors, and contractors. /li liMonitor engineering progress and ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements. /li liProvide technical guidance, mentoring, and supervision to a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers.



/li liInterface effectively with clients, licensors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support successful project execution. /li /ul h3Minimum Requirements /h3 ul liA bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university, with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil Gas or Petrochemical industry, including a minimum of five (5) years (preferred) in the GCC region. /li liMust have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position on major Oil Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers. /li liADNOC Offshore project experience is preferred. /li liPMC experiences are preferrable. /li liExperience in FEED EPC Phases is required. /li liStrong knowledge of international standards and codes including ASME Section VIII, API 650, API 620, API 661, API 660, TEMA, and NACE requirements. /li liExperience in technical bid evaluations, vendor management, and fabrication oversight for static equipment. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments. /li /ul h3Moving forward together /h3 pWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
