We shape it. /p h3Role Overview: /h3 pThe Product Owner (m/f/d) is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by Agile teams by defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog in alignment with Allianz Group's business and transformation objectives. Operating in a Scaled Agile environment, the role acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, transparency of priorities, and compliance with Allianz governance standards. /p pThe Product Owner (m/f/d) works closely with Scrum Masters, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders and reports functionally to the Tribe or Program Lead within Operations Engineering Transformation. /p h3What you do: /h3 ulliOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product vision, business value, and strategic priorities. /liliDefine, refine, and prioritize user stories with clear acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements. /liliAct as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams. /liliParticipate actively in PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
