You'll define deployment strategies and plans where none exist, own the full lifecycle of complex cross‑functional infrastructure builds from concept through go-live and steady‑state handover, and build the mechanisms and predictable process paths that enable downstream teams to scale without direct oversight. You'll influence within a VP organisation, advise Senior Managers and Directors on deployment strategy and trade‑offs, and actively mentor and develop junior engineers.
