In this role you contribute to investment analysis and development management for living projects in Spain, spanning financial modelling, market research, feasibility, planning, cost control, and reporting to senior management. You’ll work across acquisitions, development delivery, and stakeholder coordination within a general real estate platform. The role offers exposure to multi-faceted development cycles and significant impact on project outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape Spain-based residential development within a large, mission-driven organization.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and feasibility analysis for potential acquisitions and development opportunities
• Develop and interpret complex financial models including multi-tier waterfall structures
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and cash flow monitoring of development projects throughout the lifecycle
• Prepare financial and technical data for investment memorandums, including pro-forma budgets and feasibility studies
• Support negotiation of sale and purchase agreements with financial and technical analysis
• Support planning and approvals process analysis, including planning permissions, zoning regulations, and Spain-specific compliance
• Assist in preparing and monitoring project plans, programmes, and cost documentation




• Monitor budget and schedule performance and contribute to progress reporting
• Manage third-party relationships with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Ensure permits and approvals are obtained and technical quality standards are met
• Prepare investment papers, market reports, and presentations for internal committees and senior stakeholders
• Contribute to internal reporting and approval presentations (DCSR, Pre-Flight, BLIC)
• Produce meeting minutes, progress reports, and quality reports as required
• Conduct market research and sector analysis, identifying trends and opportunities in residential real estate
• Maintain awareness of Flex Living, Build to Rent (BTR), and PBSA market dynamics in Spain
• Contribute to broader strategic objectives of development projects

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a STEM-related discipline
• Demonstrable interest in real estate investment and development
• Expert level proficiency in MS Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Working knowledge of Spain building regulations, planning processes,



construction and procurement (desirable)
• Knowledge of multifamily (build to rent), student, or related residential asset classes (desirable)
• Previous experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, asset valuation, and investment analysis
• Knowledge of Spain planning system, development approvals, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in development xqbhyrx cost control, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring
• Understanding of construction and technical processes related to real estate development
• Experience in market research, analysis, and reporting
• Exposure to large-scale or phased development projects (desirable)
• Experience applying ESG principles to development projects (desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish relationships, communicate with tact and diplomacy
