ph3What You'll Do: /h3 pNew Business Finance Enablement (NBFE) sits within Criteo Finance and is responsible for making sure Finance can safely and efficiently support new products, non-standard commercial deals and strategic partnerships. /p pNBFE's mission is to: /p ul liAdvise Product and Commercial teams on scalable, finance-sound structures that balance client needs, revenue growth and operational cost /li liEnsure Finance readiness (processes, systems, data, controls, reporting, treasury/tax impacts) from Alpha/Beta through GA and scaling /li liDrive standardization by turning recurring patterns into reusable, well-designed "standards" /li liClarify and improve governance, including finance review gates, DoA/approvals and KPIs for new business /li /ul pAs NBFE Project Manager, you are one of the key faces of Finance for Product and Commercial teams on new business topics. /p pThis role is at the heart of Criteo's evolution towards a broader Commerce Media Platform and requires regular collaboration with Product, Commercial, Technology and Finance leaders. /p h3Your Missions /h3 h3Product / Deal / Partnership Enablement /h3 pFor each product, non-standard deal or partnership in your scope, you will: /p ul liRepresent Finance in cross-functional squads (Product, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, IIT/RD, Tax, Controlling, OTC, Treasury) from Ideation through Build and Run /li liAdvise and negotiate setups that reduce Finance enablement cost, increase scalability and control, while meeting commercial and client requirements /li liLead the Finance Viability assessment: /li /ul pUse Product materials as inputs /p pPopulate and maintain the internal Finance Viability Template across commercial model, billing, tax, accounting, reporting and treasury/payment topics /p pConsolidate inputs from all impacted Finance teams /p ul liTranslate Finance requirements into clear, actionable asks for Product and IIT (tickets, user stories, acceptance criteria) and follow them through UAT to go-live /li liSteer the product / deal / partnership through go-live and hypercare, tracking both: /li /ul pFinancial outcomes /p pOperational health (billing accuracy, incident rate, manual work, exception handling) /p h3Standardization and Re-use /h3 pBeyond individual deals, you will help NBFE industrialize new business patterns:
/p ul liIdentify recurring commercial and product patterns and where we can move from "one-off" to standard offers /li liDesign, together with Product and IIT, standard enablers (billing design, reporting logic, approval rules) that Product and Sales can re-use with minimal finance friction /li liContribute to the NBFE catalog of "standards" and knowledge base (playbooks, examples, do/don'ts) /li /ul h3Governance, Processes and KPIs /h3 pYou will support and improve the governance of Finance in the new business lifecycle: /p ul liPropose and refine governance for new business in your scope: /li /ul pPre-approvals and Delegations of Authority (DoA) /p pFast-track vs. standard review flows /p pRACI and SLAs between Finance, Product and Commercial /p ul liEnsure processes are documented end-to-end, including Finance roles and controls /li liShare input to Finance leadership on trends, risks and opportunities across your portfolio /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management and Communication /h3 ul liAct as a trusted counterpart for Product Managers, Commercial leaders and Finance stakeholders on all finance-related aspects of new products and deals /li liPrepare and run Finance and cross-functional workshops (design decisions, risk/impact reviews, go/no-go meetings) /li liCommunicate clearly and regularly on status, risks, dependencies and decisions to: /li /ul pYour manager and finance leadership /p pFinance teams impacted by the change (OTC Ops, Tax, Treasury, Controlling, FPA, etc.) /p pProduct and Commercial stakeholders /p h3Who You Are: /h3 h3Experience and Background /h3 ul li5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Consulting, Audit and/or Project/Program Management /li liStrong Finance background, ideally with exposure to: /li /ul pOrder-to-Cash processes (billing, collections, reporting) /p pRevenue recognition and margin / cost allocation topics /p pTax and legal entity considerations /p ul liExperience in AdTech or digital platforms is a strong plus /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liSolid project / program management skills, including: /li /ul pPlanning, risk management, stakeholder alignment,
RAID tracking /p pExperience with Agile environments /p ul liStrong business and systems acumen: /li /ul pComfortable working functionally with ERP/billing, Salesforce and BI/reporting tools /p pAble to translate business requirements into system and data implications /p ul liAdvanced analytical skills: able to understand complex commercial models, simulate financial impacts and challenge business cases /li liProven ability to: /li /ul pDrive a full end-to-end process view (from commercial agreement to invoicing, cash and reporting) /p pLead complex business model implementations across multiple teams and systems /p pCoordinate transversally across Commercial, Product, Finance and Technology /p ul liCommunication and influencing / negotiation skills, including with senior stakeholders /li liComfortable preparing and presenting materials for Executive-level audiences /li liFluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus /li /ul h3Who We Are: /h3 pWe’re Criteo, the Commerce Intelligence Platform.
