ph3Job Purpose /h3pAs a Bid Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that vendor special pricing agreements are accurately created and maintained in our systems. Your work will help make these special conditions visible to our sales teams and customers, enabling correct pricing and supporting business profitability. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCreate and maintain Vendor Special Price Agreements (UANs) in our internal systems (65%). /liliReview and validate vendor documentation to ensure pricing information is accurate before processing (30%). /liliPerform basic database maintenance and data updates (5%). /liliEnsure all pricing information is entered accurately and in line with established procedures. /liliSupport the team in meeting daily service level agreements (SLAs) and quality targets. /liliCollaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures, communicating regularly in English. /li /ulh3Knowledge, Skills And Experience /h3ulliHigh School Diploma required; additional college education is a plus. /liliA positive attitude and willingness to learn. /liliComfortable working in a multicultural and inclusive environment. /liliAbility to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
