You would support and help maintain the Neo application day to day and associated enabled solutions across the Multinational landscape, ensuring operational stability, effective issue resolution, continuous improvement and support future deliverables aligned with business needs. You will work in collaboration with various central teams across Operations, IT and Underwriting and engage extensively with the Multinational network globally,

As a Neo Specialist you will have the opportunity to: /p ul liProvide proactive operational 2nd level support for Neo application including incident investigation and resolution. /li liMonitor application performance and contribute to service reliability and continuous improvement. /li liSupport testing cycles, releases and defect resolution across environments, for continuous improvement and strategic deliverables in Neo. /li liAs AI grows, you will assist with running, monitoring and improvement of AI enabled solutions and automations. /li liWork within IT service management and governance frameworks. /li liSupport documentation, knowledge sharing and user guidance. /li liContribute ideas to improve processes, tooling and user experience. /li /ul h3What Makes You a Great Fit? /h3 pWhile we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team. /p ul li2+ years working within Commercial Insurance, with strong business support capabilities and Multinational experience. /li liExperience working in Neo application. /li liClear and confident communication in English,
