This role combines production support, incident management, and development, with the goal of ensuring high system availability. /liliManage and support AWS‑based platforms, ensuring their reliability and performance. /liliHandle incidents and problems, including root cause analysis and resolution using tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW)/Columbus. /liliDevelop solutions, fixes, and improvements using Java and microservices architectures.
