/li /ul h3What you will do /h3 ul liLead end-to-end recruitment processes for mainly Strategy Consulting, Data Analytics roles, and additionally, as per business needs also Digital Commerce and Technology, among others, in Spain and potentially also globally. /li liPartner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide talent market insights. /li liDesign and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent from consulting firms and technology-focused organisations. /li liBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. /li liDeliver a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. /li liAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenging assumptions and providing recruitment expertise. /li liSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in the Spanish market (attend job fairs where needed, conduct talent mapping initiatives etc) /li liUse recruitment data and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness and decision-making. /li liCollaborate with the wider General People Function to continuously enhance recruitment processes and best practices. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within consulting, professional services, or high-growth international environments.



/li liProven experience hiring for Strategy Consulting, Data Analytics, and willingness to learn and recruit Digital Commerce and Technology positions. /li liStrong understanding of the Spanish talent market and recruitment landscape. /li liExperience recruiting for mid-to-senior level consulting profiles, including Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager level professionals for sectors like Financial Services, Energy Utilities and FMCG. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. /li liA proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently , with both strong presentation and reporting skills. /li liStrong sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive candidates. /li liFluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written, with Catalan language as good to have. /li /ul h3We are united by our differences /h3 pAt Metyis, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
