Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape and execute sustainable IT category sourcing strategies that align with global procurement priorities. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to embed procurement early in initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize value and minimize risk. You’ll lead complex negotiations and supplier performance across the IT landscape, ensuring compliance and responsible sourcing. - Develop and execute region/function IT category sourcing strategies aligned with global/local priorities
- Champion strategic sourcing to deliver long-term value and meet organizational needs
- Lead category management for key IT spend areas using data, market intelligence and advanced techniques
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to involve procurement early in sourcing
- Lead complex supplier negotiations and manage pricing strategies and contracts
- Oversee supplier performance across key IT categories ensuring quality, cost and performance
- Ensure procurement activities comply with regulatory, policies and ethics; mitigate supply chain risk




- Establish and monitor KPIs for procurement; report performance to senior leadershipResponsabilidades
- 5-8 years' experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing with focus on global IT categories (Infrastructure, Networks, Hardware, Cloud, Enterprise Platforms, End-User Technology)
- Proven success in strategic sourcing, category management, and negotiating complex IT contracts
- Strong understanding of supplier/commercial risk management including cybersecurity and compliance
- Experience supporting large-scale IT programmes with measurable cost savings and TCO reduction
- Excellent stakeholder management across IT, Finance, Legal, and business functions
- Ability to develop and execute global category strategies and drive supplier consolidation initiatives
- End-to-end sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and supplier performance management
- Ability to deliver cost optimisation across CAPEX and OPEX while building strategic partnershipsRequisitos principales
