As Plant Manager in Pinto, you will lead a diverse manufacturing site within Kerry's Integrated Technologies network, guiding safety, quality, production, and financial performance. You will shape site strategy, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence while building a strong, safe, and high-performing culture. This is an opportunity to influence a multi-product site and contribute to Kerry’s sustainable nutrition mission.

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Ability to identify bottlenecks in manufacturing processes and own the process
