We are currently seeking a Production Technician / Packaging Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team in the Packaging Department. /p h3Fields of Responsibility /h3 ul liSupervise packaging processes and the assigned operational staff. /li liEnsure compliance with quality and safety regulations during production. /li liMonitor and adjust technical parameters throughout the packaging process. /li liPrepare reports and track production performance. /li liCollaborate with other departments to optimize processes and ensure proper execution of procedures. /li liManage and update documentation related to packaging processes. /li liContribute to or lead improvement initiatives for packaging processes, including deviation reports and change controls. /li liDegree in a scientific field (engineering, chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or similar). /li liMinimum of 2–3 years in pharmaceutical production or a related environment. /li liKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations. /li liFamiliarity with continuous improvement techniques. /li liIntermediate level of English (spoken and written). /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
