In this role you will lead the financial agenda for Europe’s Supply Chain, partnering with regional leadership to enable strategic ambitions and program delivery. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior SC leaders, shaping performance narratives, budgeting, and risk management. You’ll drive cost optimization, sustainability initiatives, and the digital enablement of finance through technology like RPA. This is a high-impact role at a global, matrix-based organization that values collaboration and growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide strategic and operational guidance to improve SC performance and capital allocation
• Lead the monthly review cycle (BPRs) with clear narratives on drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting through cross-functional collaboration




• Collaborate with regional and senior leaders to influence and deliver for Brambles
• Drive the SC Cost Disruption program in Europe with alignment across sustainability, procurement, plant ops, engineering, logistics, and quality
• Identify and translate risks into opportunities using digital tools (e.g., RPA)
• Produce standard and ad-hoc Finance reports for Supply Chain initiatives and KPIs
• Manage, develop, and coach a team of direct reports

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor xqbhyrx in Finance/Accounting or relevant technical discipline; professional accounting certification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, CPA)
• Senior Finance leadership experience in a multinational, matrix organization
• Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics or FMCG a plus
• Proven ability to develop and grow teams
• Experience operating in a global context with cultural and economic nuance
