ph3Position Overview /h3 pAutodesk Consulting is looking for a Lead Consultant to join our Southern Europe team, supporting strategic customers across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. /p pThis is a unique hybrid role that combines business consulting, industry expertise, solution implementation and customer advisory. You will partner with some of Autodesk's largest customers to define their digital transformation strategy, lead solution adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes. /p pWe're looking for someone who is equally comfortable discussing business strategy with executives as they are rolling up their sleeves to configure solutions, lead workshops, and guide implementation teams. /p pYou’ll lead customer engagements from discovery through value realization, coordinating cross-functional teams and acting as the trusted advisor throughout the customer journey. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liBuild trusted relationships with customer executives, business leaders and project teams. /li liUnderstand customer business objectives, challenges and industry context to define outcome-driven solutions. /li liDesign implementation approaches that balance business priorities, technical feasibility and speed to value. /li liLead consulting engagements, coordinating Autodesk specialists and partner resources to deliver successful outcomes. /li liProvide hands‑on implementation services for Autodesk solutions within your area of expertise. /li liDrive customer adoption through change management, governance and best practices. /li liIdentify and scope opportunities to expand customer value and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success and Solution Architects. /li liAct as an industry thought leader by sharing insights, best practices and innovative approaches. /li liContinuously learn new technologies, workflows and AI-enabled capabilities to better serve customers. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul li7+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering,



Construction or Operations (AECO). /li liDeep expertise in at least one AECO sub-industry, with a strong understanding of customer business processes. /li liProven experience leading customer engagements from strategy through implementation. /li liStrong hands‑on experience with Autodesk technologies relevant to your domain. You don’t need to know every product, but you should be recognized as an expert in your area and comfortable configuring, implementing and advising customers. /li liAbility to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions. /li liExperience leading cross‑functional teams through influence rather than formal authority. /li liExcellent workshop facilitation, communication and executive presentation skills. /li liStrong understanding of change management and technology adoption. /li liFluent English and at least one Southern European language (French, Italian, Spanish) are required.
