You will play a key role in diagnosing operational performance, designing value-creation initiatives, and implementing sustainable improvement across manufacturing, production, and supply chain environments within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and regulated food production settings. /p h3How you will contribute /h3 ul liEvaluate the operability, efficiency, and compliance of food production and manufacturing facilities, including hygiene, safety, and regulatory readiness /li liAnalyse current and historical operational data to assess productivity, capacity, yield, and performance across production lines, including equipment effectiveness, maintenance strategies, and supply chain flows /li liGain hands‑on shop floor insights by engaging with plant leadership, operations teams, and customers within food manufacturing environments, supported by deep data‑driven analysis /li liIdentify and quantify value creation and cost improvement opportunities, including lean transformations, waste reduction (food loss/waste), footprint optimisation, outsourcing, and site consolidation /li liDevelop end‑to‑end transformation roadmaps tailored to food production environments,
