You will not be hands‑on technical, but you will influence technical teams to implement governance rules and controls, and you will chair a complex, globally distributed Data Governance Council. /pulliSupport the execution of Scopely’s data governance strategy for the general data warehouse /liliWork closely with Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and data teams to translate requirements into clear and actionable policies /liliHelp define and implement governance frameworks such as data classification, PII handling, access control, and data lifecycle management /liliCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure governance policies are implemented correctly in data platforms /liliContribute to access governance processes, including approvals, reviews, and monitoring /liliHelp maintain documentation, decision logs, and governance guidelines to ensure transparency and consistency /liliIdentify risks related to data usage and support mitigation plans with clear tracking /liliAssist in improving processes, templates, and training materials to increase adoption across teams /liliSupport governance needs for new projects, tools, and integrations,
