Full‑time, non‑management position. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnswer all internal and external telephone calls promptly, professionally and courteously. /li liDirect calls and guest requests accurately to the appropriate departments. /li liProvide guests with detailed information about resort facilities, dining venues, spa services, activities, transportation and local attractions. /li liManage guest requests efficiently and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. /li liRecord and deliver messages accurately while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. /li liSupport emergency communication procedures in accordance with established hotel protocols. /li liWork closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Food Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless communication across the resort. /li liMaintain up‑to‑date operational information and internal directories. /li liEnsure every telephone interaction reflects The Ritz‑Carlton’s commitment to personalized luxury service and attention to detail. /li liSupport Front Office operations whenever required to enhance the overall guest experience. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liWarm, confident, and professional communication style with a genuine passion for guest service. /li liPrevious experience as a Telephone Operator, Front Office Agent, Guest Services Agent, Call Center Representative or a similar customer‑facing role, preferably within luxury hospitality. /li liExcellent multitasking, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
