You will be the Domain Architect for Enterprise Steering u0026amp; Business Support Functions, guiding IT-enabled business capabilities across Liebherr’s MSCs. In Madrid, you’ll align business demand with enterprise architecture principles, contributing to capability maps and roadmaps. You’ll work with EAM, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to ensure consistent architecture across initiatives. This role offers international exposure and the chance to shape Liebherr’s global business architecture.

• Act as Domain Architect for Enterprise Steering u0026 Business Support Functions to evolve IT-enabled business capabilities across MSCs
• Analyze business needs and initiatives to provide architectural guidance aligned with standards and priorities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and transformation priorities in Finance, Controlling, HR, Enterprise Steering, Reporting u0026 Analytics
• Evaluate business requirements and solution options from business capability and EA perspectives
• Ensure alignment between business demand, EA principles, and existing application/process landscapes
• Work with EAM, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to ensure architectural consistency across initiatives
• Contribute to business capability maps, domain roadmaps, and EA documentation (LeanIX)




• Facilitate workshops with business and IT to prioritize and align initiatives
• Promote standardization, simplification, and harmonization across processes and solutions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 5 years of experience in business architecture, EA, or related roles in international environments
• Strong understanding of business processes in Enterprise Steering u0026 Business Support Functions (Finance, Controlling, HR, Reporting u0026 Analytics)
• Experience translating business needs into architectural recommendations, target capabilities, and roadmaps
• Ability to work across business and IT, balancing strategic xqbhyrx and operational needs
• Experience in transformation programs or multinational environments with complex application landscapes
• Familiarity with EA Management practices and tools such as LeanIX, including business capability mapping and architecture governance
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Fluent in English; additional German or Spanish advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
