The main territory of scope will be the Madrid region, but not limited to, as there is a possibility of covering the remaining Spanish territory and abroad. /p h3Your tasks /h3 ul liOn-site field support of QIAGEN automated solutions and analytical devices. /li liWork includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and general support of laboratory instrumentation on all levels (hardware, software and utilization). /li liMaintain and develop positive relationships with customers and references. /li liAssist in meeting/exceeding sales targets and related KPI's in relation to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service. /li liEnsure all documentation is completed accurately,



in a timely fashion, and aligned with any regulatory requirements. Utilize relevant internal CRM databases to input and provide information to the organization. /li liPositively represent QIAGEN in front of the customer, be a good example. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMechanical/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering degree. Molecular biology knowledge is a plus. /li liAutomation experience or minimum of 3 years of service (preferred). /li liSupport experience in a comparable position within the after-sales service business in the Clinical or MDx Market, or equivalent experience repairing and maintaining instrumentation in the Clinical and/or MDx field, in vitro diagnostics, hematology, and/or chemistry. /li liMinimum IT/Network/Lims knowledge required. /li liExperience in Service and Repair of high complexity laboratory instruments (preferred). /li liExcellent written and verbal Spanish language communication skills, as well as professional level of English language, written and verbal. /li liValid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively on a national level (85%), and internationally occasionally. /li liAbility to lift up to 25kg. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liMeal voucher /li liHealth Insurance (conditional to your role) /li liBonus/Commission /li liReferral Program /li liEmployee Assistance Program /li /ul pQIAGEN is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
