/p /li lipbPrepare and package solutions according to the standards of the DevOps team /b so they can be deployed and operated in a plug-and-play manner. This does not mean acting as a DevOps engineer, but having a bsolid conceptual understanding of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) /b, and modern deployment practices, so that what you build fits seamlessly into our operational standards. /p /li lipEstablish bquality, performance, and safety monitoring /b for all solutions, including the bLLM-powered agents running in production. /bWork closely with the AI team to ensure compliant usage of Agents. Create documentation, runbooks, and handovers to ensure sustainable operations. /p /li lipDesign bingestion and transformation pipelines using dbt, /b to support automation, analytics, and decision-making at scale. /p /li lipAct as a catalyst for continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and driving operational excellence through innovation and simplification. /p /li /ul h3bWhat are we looking for? /b /h3 ul lipDeep understanding of business processes, with a bstrong process-mapping and optimization mindset, /b focused on measurable efficiency gains and anticipation of edge cases and failure modes. /p /li lipStrong programming skills in bPython and/or Java, with strong SQL /b, for automation, data transformation, and system integration. /p /li lipProven experience building and maintaining bETL/ELT pipelines using dbt /b or similar frameworks. /p /li lipHands‑on experience executing automations. /p /li lipbPractical experience with LLMs and AI agents, /b including building and running bagentic workflows in production, /band a habit of actively keeping up to date with the fast-evolving developments in the field. /p /li lipbSolid conceptual DevOps knowledge, /b including bcontainerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), /b and deployment practices, sufficient to prepare solutions to the standards of a DevOps team for smooth, standardized deployment. /p /li lipFamiliarity with bintegrating APIs and webhooks /bto automate cross-system workflows. /p /li lipExperience working with cloud platforms such as bAWS, GCP, or Azure. /b /p /li lipExcellent bcollaboration, stakeholder communication,

For this role, we’re happy to share a reference point within the band: the expected salary range is around €50,000 - €60,000, centred around the median.
