The role is accountable for Internal Audit processes, methodology, tools, data analytics, and AI enablement across Allianz Services. The position drives the continuous evolution of audit practices, supports the Integral Audit Universe, and promotes innovation through data-driven and AI-enabled audit approaches. /p h3What You Do /h3 ul liDrive the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of Internal Audit methodologies, processes, standards, templates, and tools across Allianz Services. /li liOwn and maintain the Audit Universe (AU), supporting risk assessment, audit planning, and annual planning activities. /li liAct as the center of competence for audit tools, analytics, and operational reporting, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the function. /li liDevelop and promote data analytics and AI capabilities to enhance risk identification, control assessment, audit coverage, and audit effectiveness. /li liRoll-out and maintain AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies to improve audit execution, knowledge management, reporting, and quality assurance. /li liDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing global reporting and meaningful insights to management and stakeholders. /li liSupport audit teams with advanced analytical techniques, data visualizations, dashboards, and innovative audit methodologies. /li liShape the future of Internal Audit by establishing functional rules,



fostering innovation, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liStrong understanding of Internal Audit Standards, Methodology, Risk Management, and Internal Control frameworks. /li liProven experience in audit transformation, process improvement, or functional enablement within an audit, risk, or control environment. /li liSolid knowledge of data analytics concepts, including data extraction, analysis, visualization, data quality assessment, and reporting. /li liFamiliarity with AI technologies and their practical application in audit, risk management, governance, or business processes. /li liExperience with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar technologies is highly beneficial. /li liAbility to translate complex analytical insights into practical and actionable recommendations for business and audit stakeholders. /li liStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across a global organization. /li liAgile mindset, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and professional development. /li liWe highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, IT, or a comparable field. /li liExperience of 3-5 years in internal audit, risk management, controls, audit methodology, audit transformation, or functional enablement. /li liKnowledge of data analytics, AI-enabled audit approaches, and digital audit tools. /li liProfessional audit certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA)
