You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, partnering with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimize resources, and ensure accurate financial planning across the organization. /p p, /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCo-lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles - delivering timely, accurate financial insights to the Management Team. /li liBuild, maintain, and continuously improve financial models covering revenue, cost, and profitability at client, project/campaign, and agency/entity level. /li liPartner with Local/Regional finance team, and business unit leaders, providing financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making. /li liPrepare management reporting packages, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards for senior leadership. /li liTake an active role in the implementation of new ERP and FPA planning systems (TLO, NetSuite, Abacum), supporting process standardization and automation. /li liIdentify and drive process improvement opportunities, leveraging BI tools to strengthen reporting efficiency and data quality.
