Join Roche as a Manufacturing Specialist - Cyber Security within the PTE to bridge global cyber security initiatives with site operations. You will promote compliant, secure OT-environments while elevating security awareness across manufacturing sites. Your role blends manufacturing know-how with cyber security and stakeholder management to enable safe, efficient production. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise security strategies without disrupting operations. This is a chance to contribute to Roche’s mission of expanding access to healthcare by securing manufacturing in a global, collaborative setting.

• Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing site operations and integral PTE cyber security and digital teams




• Ensure site-level alignment with corporate cyber security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Foster on-site OT security awareness and best practices
• Bridge global security initiatives with local operational realities to ensure smooth implementation without disrupting manufacturing flows

Responsabilidades
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (Pharma or regulated industries xqbhyrx a plus)
• Solid understanding or high awareness of cyber security principles, especially for OT/manufacturing systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to connect global strategies with site operations
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
• Change-agent mindset with passion for digital transformation and lean operations
