This is a great opportunity for a scientific professional who wants to play an active role in analytical development within a growing and innovative environment, contributing to projects with real impact on the future of biologic products. /p pIf you enjoy combining scientific rigor, technical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and high-quality analytical work in a regulated environment, this role could be your next challenge. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and scientifically driven professional with experience in analytical development, analytical validation, or quality control within the biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. /p pIn this role, you will contribute to the development, qualification, and validation of analytical methods, support product development across different stages, and help ensure robust, reliable, and compliant analytical data. /p h3The challenge! /h3 ul liExecute and coordinate analytical development, qualification, and validation activities of medium to high complexity. /li liSupport different stages of Analytical Development and/or Analytical Validation with a high level of autonomy. /li liDesign, follow, review, and improve analytical protocols, methods, and departmental procedures. /li liAnalyze and interpret scientific data, ensuring technical consistency and reliability of results. /li liDocument activities and results accurately and on time in accordance with cGxP, regulatory expectations, and internal procedures. /li liPlan, execute, analyze, and document stability, characterization, and validation studies. /li liDraft and review technical documentation such as SOPs, analytical methods, validation protocols, stability plans, and technical reports.



/li liDesign and execute analytical assays to support product development activities, including process development, formulation, characterization, and comparability, when applicable. /li liDevelop, qualify, and validate analytical methods, including experimental planning, execution, data analysis, acceptance criteria definition, conclusions, and recommendations. /li liGenerate and execute validation and stability protocols/plans and associated reports, including sample point tracking, trending, and result assessment. /li liEnsure timely and accurate recording of results and observations, maintaining data integrity and right-first-time documentation. /li liReview, consolidate, and approve documentation and results generated from your own activities and, when applicable, perform technical peer review of other team members’ documentation. /li liEnsure complete and consistent records, traceability, and compliance with ALCOA+ principles. /li liIdentify technical issues and propose corrective and preventive actions. /li liEnsure the appropriate use and status of assigned analytical equipment. /li liContribute to laboratory investigations, including OOS, OOT, and deviations, when applicable. /li liParticipate in internal and external analytical transfers. /li liKeep electronic notebooks, raw data, logbooks, and related documentation up to date. /li liSupport onboarding and technical training of new team members. /li liCollaborate effectively with peers, supervisors, and management to communicate progress, risks, and potential deviations. /li liProvide support to other company areas based on business priorities and operational needs. /li /ul h3What do you need? /h3 ul liPhD, MS, BS,
