Reporting to the Overseas Technical Support Manager, you will collaborate with experienced polymer researchers, engineers, and sales managers to ensure efficient technical operations and business expansion. /p h3Technical Service Development – Polyurethane Viscoelastic Foam /h3 pHome Applications Industry /p pAmong the main responsibilities are: /p ul liProvide professional and timely technical support to polyurethane downstream home application customers. /li liDiagnose and resolve quality and technical issues efficiently, support customers in troubleshooting, and manage complaints.



/li liCollaborate with sales and technical teams to develop new customers, conduct factory trials, and support achievement of sales targets. /li liGather market intelligence on customer needs and industry developments. /li liShare insights to support RD and sales in product improvement, business development, and customer management. /li /ul pWe are looking for a professional with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Polymers, Material Science, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience as a technical applications engineer in flexible polyurethane and viscoelastic foams, with applications in consumer/home products.
