ppWe are looking for a Packaging Engineer to join our team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement innovative packaging solutions for new products and existing brands. /li liEvaluate and validate new materials, technologies, and packaging concepts, balancing performance, sustainability, cost, and consumer needs. /li liLead packaging testing, trials, and industrial validations to ensure successful manufacturing implementation. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers throughout the packaging development lifecycle, from concept to launch. /li liCreate and maintain technical specifications and packaging documentation, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. /li liSupport sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact, optimizing costs, and enhancing operational performance. /li liManage multiple packaging projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and effective stakeholder communication. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Design Product Development, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. /li li0–3 years of professional experience in packaging, materials, product development, manufacturing, process engineering,
