To support our growing business, we are looking for a proactive and organized strongSales Marketing Assistant /strong to join our Interventional Systems team. /ph3bJob Summary /b /h3pAs strongSalesAssistant /strong, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial success of our Interventional Systems business in Spain. You will provide administrative, marketing, and operational support to the Sales team while coordinating events, customer communications, logistics, finance administration, and marketing initiatives. /ppWorking closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders, you will help ensure smooth business operations and contribute to an outstanding customer experience. /ph3bJob Responsibilities /b /h3ulliProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Interventional Systems Sales team. /liliCoordinate internal meetings, team events, and customer appointments. /liliManage documentation, filing systems, and commercial administration. /liliSupport contract administration, professional credentialing, consulting agreements, and other customer documentation.
/liliProvide ad hoc administrative support to the Sales Manager and wider commercial team. /li /ulh3Marketing Events /h3ulliSupport the execution of local marketing campaigns and product launches. /liliCoordinate customer events, congresses, workshops, exhibitions, webinars, and training sessions. /liliWork with internal Marketing teams and external suppliers to organize promotional activities and exhibition logistics. /liliPrepare customer and market surveys, analyse results, and support reporting. /liliCoordinate promotional materials, product information, and marketing communications, including digital mailings. /li /ulh3Logistics Commercial Operations /h3ulliCoordinate customer samples, demonstration products, and demo kits. /liliManage marketing materials, brochures, and commercial inventory. /liliOrganize shipments and coordinate logistics for promotional materials and demonstration equipment. /liliMaintain accurate records of product samples and commercial assets. /li /ulh3Finance Operational Support /h3ulliRaise purchase orders and support budget administration for marketing activities. /liliMonitor marketing-related expenses and maintain accurate financial documentation. /liliWork closely with Finance to ensure timely processing and reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders. /li /ulh3Corporate Social Responsibility Continuous Improvement /h3ulliSupport local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and employee engagement activities. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to operational excellence.
