Associates ensure each Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment by onboarding, proving the value of Gartner services, and stimulating engagement of products used by large client teams. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liBuild, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients ranging from senior C-levels to junior professionals across various business functions, ensuring successful utilization of their Gartner subscription and resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. /li liIntroduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers. /li liFacilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend an action plan that drives high value and ROI on their Gartner membership. /li liCollaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients. /li liConduct regular reviews of client book of business, looking into performance and key client engagement metrics. /li /ul h3What you will need /h3 ul liFluent in English and Dutch. /li li2+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience. /li liProven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients. /li liStrong communication, collaboration, prioritization,
