This position involves close collaboration with colleagues and customers across Europe so if you are self‑motivated, with a background in Automotive Quality Engineering and enjoy supporting and working closely with people across the globe, this may be the position for you. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlay a key role in new product launches by leading quality planning activities from development through serial production. /li liPartner with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers to ensure the highest standards of product and process quality. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, improving process capability, and enhancing overall manufacturing performance. /li liLead problem‑solving activities using structured methodologies to eliminate recurring quality issues and strengthen customer satisfaction. /li liEnsure manufacturing processes are robust, compliant, and capable of consistently meeting customer expectations. /li liManage customer complaints, supplier quality concerns, audits and PPAP approvals to support successful project execution. /li liPromote a culture of quality through training, coaching,
