In this role, you will play a meaningful part in bringing clinical research to life by supporting investigator sites across the bNordic region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland) /b. /p pAs a Site Specialist II at ICON, you will be at the heart of study start-up, ensuring essential documentation and site activation activities are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong sense of partnership. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating the delivery of innovative medicines to patients worldwide. /p h3What You Will Be Doing: /h3 ul liCoordinating site-level document collection, review, and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance for assigned sites or studies. /li liActing as an operational liaison for site staff on documentation, systems, and process-related questions. /li liMaintaining up-to-date site status, metrics, and key milestones in clinical trial management tools. /li liSupporting planning and logistics for site meetings, investigator meetings, and monitoring visits. /li liIdentifying opportunities to streamline site workflows and contributing to process improvement initiatives.Providing guidance to Site Specialist I or junior colleagues,



sharing best practices and supporting their development. /li /ul h3Your Profile: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. /li liRelevant experience in site support, clinical administration, or similar roles within CRO, pharma, or healthcare. /li liGood understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and site documentation requirements. /li liFluency in bEnglish /b and at least one bNordic language /b (bSwedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish /b); additional Nordic languages are an advantage. /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment. /li liClear and confident communication skills, with a collaborative and site-centric mindset. /li /ul p#LI-MK1 /p h3What ICON can offer you: /h3 pOur success depends on the quality of our people.
