As SAFe System Coordination Lead you will drive system integration and alignment across multi-vendor environments at the program or solution level. You’ll lead dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery in large-scale IT/telecom and space projects. You’ll work with international teams, leveraging agile tools to maintain traceability and execution. Responsabilidades
• Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale IT or telecommunications projects
• Proven experience working in SAFe environments, preferably at Program or Solution level
• Strong experience in system integration and coordination of complex architectures
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and subsystems
• Experience in telecom domains such as Satellite Communication, Satellite Navigation, or Network Systems
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and xqbhyrx Azure DevOps
• Expertise in systems and Jira (5-10 years experience)
• Strong knowledge of user management and documentation tools (Confluence, Inbenta, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in highly complex, multi-vendor environments
• Professional fluency in English
