Our customer base includes leading drone organizations who trust our expertise. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pWe are seeking a full-time (40 hours) bContent and Marketing Specialist /b to join our team in bTres Cantos, Madrid /b. /p pIn this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to produce engaging web content, devise content strategies, and handle research, writing, and proofreading tasks. Your responsibilities will also include creating social media content, SEO-focused articles, and a variety of marketing materials. /p pPlease note this position requires to work bat least 4 days per week from office /b. /p h3Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liProduce and publish one in-depth SEO article each week. /li liDevelop and schedule daily content for our social media channels. /li liWrite weekly content for our clients, ensuring it meets their specific needs. /li liManage monthly newsletter, monitor and actively execute community engagement. /li liCraft short-form content, including YouTube descriptions and social media captions. /li liEnsure consistency in style and presentation across all documents. /li liAssist with sales activities, events and various tasks as needed to support the team /li /ul h3Skills And Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong web and content writing skills with the ability to create engaging copy.

/li liAgency experience is considered a strong plus. /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liSolid hands-on experience in content creation across various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns. /li liExperience working in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments while managing multiple projects and stakeholders. /li liPrevious agency experience managing multiple clients, brands, or projects simultaneously is highly valued. /li liStrong understanding of B2B communication and marketing approaches rather than B2C-oriented content creation. /li liCommercial and sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to support business growth through strategic content rather than influencer-style communication. /li liInterest in drones, advanced air mobility, aviation, or emerging technologies, with a focus on civilian applications. /li liFamiliarity with the drone industry and willingness to proactively research and learn about the sector.
