code reviews, and technical coaching. /li liCollaborate with Product and stakeholders to translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions. /li liProvide technical leadership and architectural oversight for external development partners, ensuring engineering quality, consistency, and alignment with platform standards. /li liDrive root cause analysis of complex production issues and continuously improve platform resilience. /li liIdentify technical risks early and establish practical migration and modernization strategies. /li liRemain hands‑on by contributing to critical implementation work when required. /li liOwn the production infrastructure and DevOps practices — including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, environment management, observability strategy, and incident response. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExtensive experience designing, building, and operating production SaaS platforms. /li liProven experience owning the technical direction of a software platform, with responsibility for architecture, engineering standards, and technical decision‑making. /li liProven experience evolving and modernizing production software platforms while maintaining stability and business continuity. /li liExperience operating high‑availability production systems. /li liStrong backend engineering experience with modern application architectures. /li liDeep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, asynchronous processing, event‑driven architectures, and cloud platforms. /li liStrong hands‑on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent), container orchestration, and production observability.
