ppWe are looking for a bRegulatory Manager /b to join our Quality Assurance Department in our Business Unit based in O'Grove, Spain. /ph3How you make the difference: /h3pThe position will ensure products, packaging, and operations meet general food laws and sustainability standards like MSC and Dolphin Safe. You will validate multilingual labels, ingredients, and marketing claims to minimize compliance risks. You will monitor changes in international legislation, assess business impacts, and co-manage food fraud control. You will partner with RD, Sourcing, and Marketing on product launches, reformulations, and market expansions. Finally, you will act as the main contact for health authorities and certification bodies during internal and external audits. /ph3How your agenda looks like: /h3ulliRegulatory Compliance: Ensure products, ingredients, and packaging comply with EU/international food laws, import/export rules, and sustainability standards (MSC, Dolphin Safe). /li liLabel Claims Validation: Review and approve multilingual labels, ingredient lists, allergens, and nutritional/marketing claims to minimize legal risks. /li liRegulatory Intelligence: Monitor changing food and environmental legislation, assess business impacts, and co-manage food fraud control with the QA Manager. /li liCross-Functional Support: Partner with RD, Sourcing, and Marketing on product launches, reformulations, supplier qualification, and market expansions. /li liAudits Stakeholder Relations: Act as the main liaison with health authorities and certification bodies; support official, internal, and client audits. /li liData System Management: Approve technical specifications, maintain compliance databases, and drive documentation digitalization. /li /ulh3What makes you a great fit: /h3ullibEducation: /b Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology,
Food Science, Marine Sciences, or a related field within the industry. /li libPostgraduate Education: /b Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline. /li libWork Experience: /b Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in quality control laboratories or quality assurance departments within the food industry. /li libTechnical Skills: /b Knowledge of SAP (R/3, HANA) and analytical tools such as QlikSense. (pc tools and some special functional knowledge) /li libLanguage: /b Proficiency in Spanish and very high level of English, both spoken and written.
