ph3Business Analyst / Product Owner – Banking (Risk Compliance) /h3 h3About the role /h3 pWe’re looking for a bBusiness Analyst / Product Owner /b to join international banking projects focused on bRisk Compliance architectures /b within complex financial environments. /p pThis role acts as a bridge between business and technology, translating business requirements into scalable functional solutions while supporting delivery across distributed teams in international environments. /p pThe position requires strong experience in banking ecosystems, especially around core banking, risk and compliance processes, combined with solid analytical and stakeholder management skills. /p ul liLead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts. /li liTranslate business needs into user stories, epics and functional specifications. /li liCollaborate closely with development teams during solution design and delivery. /li liValidate functional solutions before deployment and support release activities. /li liParticipate in testing processes including UAT and functional testing. /li liAnalyse issues through logs and basic database queries. /li liSupport planning and delivery of modules or full functional domains. /li liWork collaboratively with international teams across Spain and Mexico.



/li li+4 years of experience as Business Analyst and/or Product Owner. /li liStrong experience in banking environments. /li liExperience working with: ul liCore Banking systems /li liRisk Compliance domains (AML, credit risk, collections) /li /ul /li liExperience in Agile environments. /li liHands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. /li liExperience writing user stories, epics and acceptance criteria. /li liStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to collaborate with both business and technical teams. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with decision engines such as Modellica, Provenir or Experian. /li liKnowledge of AML tools like Norkom or FCM. /li liExperience integrating credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian). /li liParticipation in core banking transformation programs. /li liExperience in digital banking environments. /liliFamiliarity with delivery tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo or Harness. /li liBasic SQL and database querying skills. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liInternational banking projects in complex environments /li liCollaboration with multicultural distributed teams /li liOpportunities for professional growth and exposure to large-scale transformation programs /li liFlexible hybrid/remote work model within Spain /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
