ph3About the Role /h3 pAct as a strategic financial partner to regional business leaders, providing insightful analysis, financial planning, and decision support to drive profitable growth and operational efficiency. The role translates financial data into actionable business insights, ensures alignment between financial performance and strategic objectives, and supports effective resource allocation across the region. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a key partner of the Regional Director for business units in achieving the company’s mid-term plan targets, strategy, and policy. /li liManage the key operations teams at headquarters: finance, credit, accounting controls, controlling, and general services. /li liIdentify sources of financial risk, cost, and profit opportunities; collaborate with other non‑financial directors/managers to develop and implement appropriate business projects and actions. /li liAssist in preparing and evaluating business cases, monitoring results, and acting on findings. /li liContribute significantly to the South West Region Leadership Team. /li liCoordinate, produce, and report presente, budget, and mid‑term plan financial results to the Managing Director, Executive Team, and European Head Office. /li liPerform analysis, explain variances, and make recommendations that support top management decision making to achieve company objectives. /li liMonitor OPEX and work with functions to manage spending in line with company performance. /li liManage working capital (receivables, inventory, payables) and control company assets. /li liMaintain balanced risk exposure with the Customer Portfolio through credit management, ensuring credit reviews, payment plans, and execution. /li liSupervise all activities in the shared services accounting department, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, regional, and group requirements. /li liEstablish and maintain internal control procedures, administrative and financial policy standards. /li liSupport internal/external audit and SOX activities,
ensuring timely remediation of findings. /li liDevelop an effective administrative organization, driving process automation and resource optimization. /li liLead people management, including talent development, coaching, teambuilding, and motivation. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbEducation: /b University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. ACCA/CIMA or other recognized financial qualification. /p pbLanguage Skills: /b Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese is a plus. /p pbProfessional Experience: /b More than 8 years as a Finance and Administration Manager or Director in a commercial/sales environment, with international and matrix manufacturing experience.
