This is an excellent time to join as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years, /ppThe successful candidate will oversee a range of construction projects across Europe including Aircraft Hangars, Flight Simulator Facilities, Office Fitouts and many different and interesting construction projects. In this role, you will be overseeing a variety of projects and your main job is to keep ensure that the project is completed safely, on time and within budget. /ph3Duties Include But Not Limited To /h3ulliPromote Health and Safety as they key goal and implement Ryanair Health and Safety standards and culture /liliAssume the role of Clients’ representative on all matters. /liliCollaborate with contractors, engineers, architects etc. on key specifications of the project. /liliEvaluate progress and prepare detailed reports on; /liliCost : Ensure no project cost overruns and any change orders are agreed prior to implementation. /liliTime : The delivery date is crucial, the ability to see issues ahead and track against agreed programs /liliQuality :
