We are currently looking for a Junior Purchase Administrator to join our Animal Nutrition team and support Direct Procurement activities during the M3 ERP implementation. /ppAs a Junior Purchase Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement operations, supporting supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate purchasing data within our systems. This role is a contract role for approximately 9 months. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCreate, process, and monitor purchase orders in the ERP system /liliMaintain accurate supplier, pricing, and purchasing records /liliFollow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and invoice discrepancies /liliSupport supplier communication and relationship management /liliCoordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely procurement /liliVerify and reconcile purchase orders, delivery notes,
