Above all, we are focused on delivering first class projects, executed efficiently, without compromising on safety or quality. /p pbAbout the Role /b /p pAs part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our teams in Spain by hiring an bMEP Construction Manager /b to support the delivery of Data Centre and mission critical projects in Madrid. /p pThe MEP Construction Manager is responsible for leading the bonsite execution /b of all MEP construction activities throughout the project lifecycle. /p pThis is a site-based construction leadership role focused on coordinating subcontractors, managing installation activities and ensuring all MEP works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards through commissioning and final handover. /p pWorking closely with the Project Manager, Senior Construction Manager, CSA teams and Commissioning Manager, the MEP Construction Manager ensures the successful coordination and delivery of all MEP packages across the project. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p pbConstruction Management Site Coordination /b /p ulliLead the day-to-day onsite execution of all MEP construction activities. /liliCoordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Building Management Systems (BMS) and ICT installation works. /liliManage and supervise MEP subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements. /liliCoordinate interfaces between MEP, CSA and Architectural trades to maintain construction progress and programme. /liliPlan and coordinate labour, plant, materials, workface activities and site logistics.



/liliIdentify and resolve onsite coordination issues to minimise disruption to construction activities. /liliParticipate in daily, weekly and client coordination meetings. /li /ul pbConstruction Delivery /b /p ulliMonitor installation progress, productivity and workmanship against programme milestones. /liliEnsure works are executed in accordance with approved construction documentation, project specifications and quality standards. /liliCoordinate inspections, quality records, snagging activities and close-out works. /liliEnsure all MEP packages are delivered in line with project milestones and client requirements. /liliCoordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities across all MEP systems. /liliSupport Functional Testing, Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and final system validation. /liliCoordinate completion of punch lists and outstanding works prior to handover. /liliEnsure subcontractors complete testing records, OM manuals and as-built documentation. /li /ul pbCoordinate activities associated with: /b /p ulliHVAC Systems /liliChilled Water Systems /liliMechanical Pipework Systems /liliElectrical Distribution Systems /liliSanitary Drainage Systems /liliBuilding Management Systems (BMS) /liliICT Infrastructure /liliAuxiliary Mechanical Electrical Systems /li /ul pbHealth, Safety Quality /b /p ulliPromote the highest Health Safety standards across all MEP construction activities. /liliEnsure compliance with project quality procedures, client standards and statutory requirements. /liliSupport Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of work. /liliEnsure non-conformances are addressed through timely corrective actions. /li /ul pbReporting Stakeholder Coordination /b /p ulliPrepare progress reports, look-ahead plans and construction updates. /liliCoordinate closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers,



CSA teams and Commissioning Managers. /liliMaintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team. /liliSupport commercial teams by identifying construction impacts, variations and programme risks. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ulliPrevious experience managing MEP construction activities, mission critical or large-scale industrial projects. /liliStrong background in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installation and construction management. /liliExperience coordinating HVAC, Chilled Water, Electrical Distribution, Sanitary Drainage bSystems /b, Fire Protection and Building Management Systems (BMS). /liliProven experience managing multiple subcontractors within fast-track construction environments. /liliGood understanding of pre-commissioning, commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and system handover. /liliStrong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics and workface planning. /liliExcellent leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills. /liliClient-facing experience within live construction projects. /liliAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary construction teams. /liliFluent Spanish and English suitable for an international environment. /li /ul pOur projects combine innovation, technology, sustainability and construction excellence.
