Our mission is to empower organizations to build resilience and adapt to a changing climate. /p pWe are now looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build, automate, and maintain the cloud infrastructure that supports our climate-risk solutions. /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers across Platform, Development, Operations, and Security. /p pYou will support the automation, reliability, security, and scalability of our systems, while continuing to develop your skills in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and DevSecOps. /p pThis is a great opportunity for someone with practical DevOps or cloud experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow within a purpose-driven technology company. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liMaintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. /li liAutomate build, testing, and deployment processes. /li liCreate and modify cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Azure. /li liHelp ensure infrastructure is version-controlled, reproducible, and reliable.



/li liSupport monitoring, logging, and observability using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. /li liAssist with alert triage, incident investigation, and technical documentation. /li liApply DevSecOps best practices, including access management, secrets management, security scanning, and patching. /li liCollaborate with Development, Operations, and Security teams to improve processes and reduce manual work. /li liUse AI-assisted engineering tools to support infrastructure development, debugging, and automation, while reviewing and validating all generated outputs. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liAround 2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud operations, or a similar role. /li liExperience with Azure or another major cloud platform. /li liPractical knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. /li liExperience with CI/CD tools, ideally GitHub Actions. /li liFamiliarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python. /li liBasic understanding of monitoring, logging, and incident-management principles. /li liAwareness of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and security-scanning practices. /li liA degree in Computer Science,
